We use a proprietary blend of corn, barley, sugar and pure Ozark Mountain water to produce Friday Night Red Eye, our version of corn whiskey. Fermentation takes between 7 to 10 days to ensure that all alcohol is extracted from the mash. The product is double distilled in a reflux still to guarantee that all impurities in the whiskey are removed. The result is a smooth corn whiskey with no bite or unpleasant after taste. Red Eye mixes well so you can enjoy your favorite cocktails.
Red Eye Recipes
Bloody Mary
- 1 1/2 oz of Friday Night Red Eye
- 2 oz Tomato Juice
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Celery Seed
- Hot Sauce to Taste
- Ice
Mix well and garnish with celery & cocktail olives.
Red Eye Manhattan
- 1 1/2 oz of Friday Night Red Eye
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of Bitters
Mix well and freeze for 1 hour. Garnish with a cherry or a couple of drop of White River Distillery's Cherry Pie!
Red Eye Cosmo
- 1 1/2 oz of Friday Night Red Eye
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Triple Sec
Mix in shaker and pour over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Greyhound
- 1 1/2 oz of Friday Night Red Eye
- 2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Mix in shaker, pour over ice and enjoy.
